Onboarding Success Manager – Remote (UK)

Salary- £40,000 per annum + £5,000 bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading provider of technology solutions within the healthcare sector, specifically focused on delivering innovative products to support professionals in improving patient care. They are currently looking for a skilled Onboarding Success Manager to take ownership of the customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the onboarding journey: Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Project management: Create and manage detailed onboarding plans, ensuring all tasks and milestones are achieved on time.
  • Customer engagement: Lead regular meetings to update clients on progress, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the onboarding phase.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to ensure clients' needs are met.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding process and drive greater efficiency and success for clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, onboarding, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex information and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar project management and CRM platforms.
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and find innovative solutions.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus but not essential.
