Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

Quattro RS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service experience to our clients in the East Midlands Region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to service calls in the designated area and provide prompt and efficient solutions.
  • Work on CNC Machinery, including 5-axis machines, double mitre saws, welders, and crimpers, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Assist with installations and provide technical support to customers to ensure their equipment is running smoothly.
  • Offer advice and guidance to customers on the maintenance and repair of their equipment.
Requirements:
  • Field Service Experience (advantageous)
  • Electrical Qualifications (desirable)
  • Fault finding ability in both Electrical and Mechanical systems
  • PLC Experience (desirable)
  • CNC Experience in Aluminium and PVC (desirable)
  • Clean driving licence

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours to meet company requirements. Occasional nights away and foreign travel may be required for training purposes.
