Quattro RS is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team in the East Midlands Region. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service experience to clients across the region. Your duties will include responding to service calls, working on CNC machinery, assisting with installations, and offering technical support to customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to service calls in the designated area.
  2. Work on CNC machinery, including 5-axis machines and smaller equipment such as double mitre saws, welders, and crimpers.
  3. Assist with installations as required.
  4. Provide technical support and advice to customers.
Requirements:
  1. Field service experience is advantageous.
  2. Electrical qualifications are desirable.
  3. Strong fault-finding skills, both electrical and mechanical.
  4. PLC experience is desirable.
  5. CNC experience, particularly with aluminium and PVC, is desirable.
  6. Clean driving license.
