About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Lawes Consulting Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and take ownership of a book of existing clients, seeking cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • New Business Development: Develop new business opportunities and generate revenue for the business through strategic partnerships and networking.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and develop the commercial team to achieve business and personal objectives, ensuring a high level of customer service and promoting exceptional customer care standards.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all business activities comply with FCA regulations and company procedures, maintaining a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Professional Development: Conduct learning, training, and assessment exercises in accordance with the individual T&C scheme, maintaining a high level of professional competence.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Relevant degree or professional qualification, with a strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar commercial account executive role, with a demonstrable track record of managing and developing client relationships.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and presentation abilities, with a proficiency in maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all client interactions.
