Position Overview

Kennedys is seeking a skilled Chartered Legal Executive to enhance our Property, Energy, and Construction team. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of property damage recovery claims.

Team Dynamics

The Kennedys PEC team is dedicated to handling property, energy, and construction insurance claims, providing essential support to insurers and reinsurers of large multinational corporations regarding their global risks. Our focus is on delivering coverage insights and defending intricate, high-value international claims.

Clientele

  • Insurers and re-insurers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property damage recovery cases.

Essential Qualifications

  • CILEx qualified Chartered Legal Executive with a background in insurance litigation.
  • Experience in market coverage within Property, Energy, or Construction sectors.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Robust technical and research capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
