Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality psychological assessments and interventions to clients with complex trauma and mental health needs.
- Work autonomously to develop and implement treatment plans, adhering to The British Psychological Society Code of Conduct and our team's policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of local team policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
- Train and support other professionals, including trainee clinical psychologists.
- Utilize research skills for audit, policy, and service development, and research.
- Postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology, as well as two or more distinct psychological therapies and lifespan developmental psychology.
- Or postgraduate qualification in forensic psychology meeting HCPC registration requirements.
- Specialist postdoctoral training and experience in problems related to people with complex trauma/severe mental illness.
