About the Role:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be accountable for the performance of approximately 20 stores, a team of up to 100 people, and a turnover of up to £10m. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering a Positive Store Environment: Create a positive and inclusive store environment where colleagues can thrive and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Understanding Customer Needs: Anticipate customer needs and ensure every interaction is meaningful and impactful.
  • Driving Sales and Profitability: Create a customer-centric culture and promote the full range of our products and services.
  • Developing High-Performing Teams: Develop and nurture high-performing teams through effective coaching, mentoring, and support.
  • Implementing the 'Topps Way': Implement the 'Topps Way' in all aspects of store operations, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Building Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community to enhance the store's reputation and success.
