About the Role:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be accountable for the performance of approximately 20 stores, a team of up to 100 people, and a turnover of up to £10m. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading by Example: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional performance.
- Fostering a Positive Store Environment: Create a positive and inclusive store environment where colleagues can thrive and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Understanding Customer Needs: Anticipate customer needs and ensure every interaction is meaningful and impactful.
- Driving Sales and Profitability: Create a customer-centric culture and promote the full range of our products and services.
- Developing High-Performing Teams: Develop and nurture high-performing teams through effective coaching, mentoring, and support.
- Implementing the 'Topps Way': Implement the 'Topps Way' in all aspects of store operations, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Building Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community to enhance the store's reputation and success.
- Driving Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation to stay ahead in the market.
