Quality Control Technician

Key Responsibilities of a Quality Technician:
- Assist in documenting and evaluating customer returns
- Support failure analysis professionals in determining root causes of issues
- Utilize both electrical and physical analysis tools
- Record findings and propose enhancements to processes
General Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to quality assurance and failure analysis teams
- Operate and maintain testing apparatus
- Conduct measurements and quality assurance testing on products
- Complete quality and performance evaluations
- Assist in compiling failure analysis reports
- Recommend improvements to processes
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
- Demonstrated high ethical standards and integrity
