Microbiology Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a committed and proficient professional to become a part of our Microbiology Quality Assurance team. In the role of Specialist, you will be tasked with executing scientific and technical functions with precision and effectiveness. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct standard laboratory operations and supervise the activities of team members
  • Draft and maintain technical documentation within the division
  • Provide training to colleagues as necessary
  • Lead and support various projects within the team
  • Develop and authenticate laboratory methodologies
  • Evaluate analytical and laboratory results for correctness and regulatory compliance
  • Engage in problem-solving and communication within the team and across departments
  • Ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in all work areas

Environmental Health & Safety:

  • Familiarize yourself with emergency protocols and adhere to safe working practices
  • Follow policies related to environmental, health, safety, and security
  • Report and investigate incidents and violations of safety regulations

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Biology (with a focus on microbiology) or a related discipline
  • Background in Pharmaceutical Microbiology
  • Capability to meet stringent deadlines
  • Proactive mindset and strong communication abilities
