We are seeking a dedicated Housing Services Manager to oversee our committed supported housing team, contributing to our mission of alleviating homelessness by empowering individuals towards self-sufficiency.

Role Responsibilities

As the Housing Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our services, assisting individuals who have faced homelessness and encounter various social and health obstacles.

In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with our new Chief Executive Officer and be an integral member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) to formulate and execute Threshold's strategic and operational plans. You will provide direct reports to the CEO, offering insights and updates on our advancements.

This role emphasizes supported housing and community-oriented services. You will be instrumental in shaping service delivery, activities, and ensuring positive outcomes for our residents.
