Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Care Outlook LTD. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, toileting, dressing, and observing and recording their needs.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Build relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.50.
  • A £300 Refer a Friend Bonus for successful referrals.
  • Excellent training and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • 28 days annual leave (pro rata) and 4 weekly payroll.
  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
Shifts and Availability:
  • Full-time and part-time shifts available, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Every other Saturday and Sunday (if required).
Requirements:
  • Caring, reliable, patient, and compassionate.
  • 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people.
  • Authorised to work in the UK - unfortunately, we cannot provide sponsorship.
