Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Support Worker to join our team, working with 'J', a vibrant individual who has recently moved into her own purpose-built flat. This role requires a female colleague, as 'J' prefers to work with someone of the same gender. As a Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to 'J', enabling her to enjoy her interests and hobbies, such as going out for lunch or shopping, and traveling. You will also assist 'J' with her adapted car, if you are a confident driver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to 'J', promoting her independence and well-being
  • Assist 'J' with her daily activities, including shopping and traveling
  • Support 'J' in her hobbies and interests, such as going out for lunch or shopping
  • Drive 'J's adapted car, if you are a confident driver
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure 'J's needs are met
