About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Fundraising and Engagement Administrator to join our team at Alzheimer Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people affected by dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Fundraising and Engagement team in raising vital funds to support people affected by dementia.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to third-party event participants and community fundraisers, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable experience with Alzheimer Scotland.
  • Manage data entry and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with supporters and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude towards dementia and a caring manner.
