About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Fundraising and Engagement team as a Fundraising and Engagement Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people affected by dementia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to third-party event participants and community fundraisers, ensuring they have a positive and engaging experience with Alzheimer Scotland.
  • Manage data entry and maintenance, utilizing organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with supporters, stakeholders, and colleagues, demonstrating a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering first-class care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of fundraising strategies, working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A positive attitude towards dementia and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to people affected by the condition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
