At Stryker European Operations Limited - Dutch Branch Office, we are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager PMO Compliance to join our team. As a key member of our Global Compliance and Privacy department, you will play a critical role in enhancing project and portfolio excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead multiple regional or global programs and projects to support strategic objectives, driving process improvements and technological innovation.
- Develop and maintain essential project infrastructure (charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management).
- Support project strategy, assist teams in making key decisions, and manage project governance and stakeholder relationships.
- Organize and facilitate project activities such as kick-offs, team meetings, decision-making processes, and communications.
- Coordinate integration of multiple projects, managing interdependencies and optimizing resource allocation.
- Mentor and motivate the project team, addressing issues and fostering collaboration.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO's project resources, tools, and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management in regulated industries (MedTech, FinTech, Pharmaceuticals or similar).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and tools.
- Strong experience managing complex regional or global projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Experience within Healthcare Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Regulatory/Quality, or Operations function.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience with continuous improvement methods preferred.
