Vodafone UK is seeking a skilled Project Management Office Specialist to enhance project and programme deliveries within our Business Technology Solutions team. As a PMO Specialist, you will be aligned to a large complex customer-facing project or programme, working closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects and programmes to time, cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply project and programme governance to ensure delivery of projects and programmes to time, cost, and quality.
- Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects and programmes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure delivery of projects and programmes.
- Develop and maintain project and programme documentation to ensure compliance with Vodafone's delivery process.
- Collaborate with the Central Delivery PMO to ensure alignment with Vodafone's delivery process and governance.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of project and programme governance.
- Confident in working with senior stakeholders.
- Agile, P3O, or Prince 2 certification desirable.
- Eligible for SC Clearance.
