As a PMO Specialist, you will be aligned to a large complex customer-facing project or programme, working closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects and programmes to time, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply project and programme governance to ensure delivery of projects and programmes to time, cost, and quality.
  • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects and programmes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure delivery of projects and programmes.
  • Develop and maintain project and programme documentation to ensure compliance with Vodafone's delivery process.
  • Collaborate with the Central Delivery PMO to ensure alignment with Vodafone's delivery process and governance.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of project and programme governance.
  • Confident in working with senior stakeholders.
  • Agile, P3O, or Prince 2 certification desirable.
  • Eligible for SC Clearance.
