Job Description


We are looking for a dedicated Project Management Specialist to deliver construction-related capital projects and an annual capital maintenance programme (CMP).


This role will involve utilising and implementing effective use of the Project Management Methodology in the delivery of capital projects.


The specialist will also assist in developing a 3-year programme of capital maintenance works.


Responsibilities include reporting and presenting project progress at monthly project review meetings using project management templates for status and cost updates on all allocated projects.


The ideal candidate will provide professional advice and service to clients and customers while continuously improving processes to ensure key performance indicators and other set objectives are exceeded.



Required Skills and Qualifications


Candidates should possess excellent project management skills, with experience in delivering capital projects and programmes.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


A degree in a relevant field, such as construction or engineering, is preferred.
