Job Title: Programme Manager

European LifeCare Group is a leading provider of vaccination clinics and on-site vaccination programs across Denmark, the UK, and the Netherlands. We are committed to making prevention and treatment easy, accessible, and safe.

Job Summary:

The Programme Manager will be responsible for managing and leading teams to ensure day-to-day operational delivery and service management for clinical and non-clinical services. The successful candidate will be responsible for programme completion within budget and agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly line manage team members working within the programme in line with Company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for local uptake levels and working to targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Local Authority groups/NHS commissioners/other external stakeholders and internal key stakeholders to provide information on the delivery of the service.
  • Responsible for all programme-level strategic planning and implementing change and process improvements.
  • Manage resources (workforce etc) and reduce operational costs where necessary.
  • Prepare reports, analytical data, and updates for management.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritise potential risks and vulnerabilities across the delivery framework.
  • Plan and execute local Health Promotion for all programmes.
  • Undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position.
Requirements:
  • Degree educated.
  • Evidence of ability to deliver large, complex programmes in a highly regulated industry.
  • Lead and manage collaborative working across divisional and organisational multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to deliver improvements in clinical and/or non-clinical environments.
  • Knowledge of Care Quality Commission desirable (CQC).
  • Strong leadership qualities to lead, empower, and motivate teams.
  • Experience in budgetary and data analysis reporting.
  • Prioritise and manage own workload without supervision.
  • Assertive, team player, and critical thinker.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills.
