Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM


The International Logistics Support Specialist role is a Permanent opportunity that can begin immediately; however, we are flexible regarding any notice period you may have with your current employer.


The International Logistics Support Specialist will be tasked with coordinating with various parties to ensure seamless and effective freight operations.

Responsibilities include collaborating with transport providers to obtain quotes for collection and delivery services.

  • Engaging with international partners concerning hazardous material acceptance
  • Assisting transport providers and clients with any collection-related inquiries or challenges.
  • Providing general logistics assistance and updates on collection and delivery timelines via phone
  • Maintaining and updating customer and supplier records in the database
To qualify for the role of International Logistics Support Specialist, candidates should possess;

  • Preferably prior experience in a Customer Support or logistics administration capacity
  • Proficiency in computer applications
