Job Summary

Mayford James is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Programme Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Programme Management Office, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining programme management documentation, coordinating with workstream project managers, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain programme management documentation, including key programme logs and delivery plans
  • Produce high-quality programme decks for presentation to governing bodies
  • Coordinate and consolidate programme management documentation between workstream project managers and the Programme Manager
  • Produce programme management information (MI) for stakeholders, including customised progress dashboards
  • Provide administrative support to workstream project managers, including tracking workstream delivery and progress against the programme delivery plan and milestones
  • Support the logistics for change requests, new resource requests, and other programme-related activities

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in programme management or a related field
  • Prior experience in asset management and transformation programmes
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
