We are seeking an experienced Adult Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Support Worker, you will provide therapeutic care and support to adults with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities and possess a caring, empathetic, and resilient nature. You will be working in a dynamic team environment, supporting residents through a care pathway to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic care and support to adults with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs
  • Observe, monitor, and keep a record of patient conditions
  • Treat each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty
  • Support residents through a care pathway to live as independently as possible
Requirements
  • At least 6 months experience of working within a social care setting
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
  • UK driving license
