Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our business leaders, driving performance and growth through insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with experience in finance business partnering or management accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with business leaders
  • Proficient in Excel and other financial software, with experience in financial modeling and analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
