**Job Summary**
ExtraCare Charitable Trust is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Accountant to join our Finance Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining the treasury function, ensuring sufficient funding capacity and liquidity, and complying with banking covenants.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain realistic capital budgets for new developments, identifying key risks and analyzing sensitivities to assumptions.
- Monitor capital costs against budgets and report risk areas in a timely manner.
- Lead the management of ExtraCare's Assets and Liabilities Register.
- Support the Head of Finance in providing a first-class level of service to internal and external customers.
**Requirements**
- Qualified and experienced Financial Planning Accountant with a strong background in treasury management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial software and systems, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
