Job Title: Management Accountant

Job Summary:

The Management Accountant will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the business. This includes the production of timely and accurate financial reports, budget analysis, and financial planning and analysis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly management accounts and year-end statutory accounts.
  • Conduct budget analysis and financial planning and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the business, including financial planning and analysis.
  • Manage and maintain financial systems and processes, including financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial training and support to staff, including financial planning and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) - Essential.
  • Minimum of 1 year financial qualified experience - Essential.
  • Experience of using Netsuite finance package - Desirable.
  • Experience of using a finance software - Essential.
  • Excellent people management skills - Essential.
  • Change management skills - Essential.
  • Confident to challenge - Essential.
  • Strong excel skills to an advance level - Essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and commercials skills - Essential.
