We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Accountant to join our Finance Team at the ExtraCare Charitable Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining the treasury function, ensuring sufficient funding capacity and liquidity, and complying with banking covenants at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To lead and maintain the treasury function for the Charity, ensuring there is sufficient funding capacity and liquidity and comply with banking covenants at all times.
  • Ensure realistic capital budgets are set for each new development, key risks are identified and sensitivities to assumptions analysed and reported. Ensure tight financial controls are maintained.
  • Monitor capital costs against budgets and report risk areas on a timely basis.
  • Lead on the management of ExtraCare's Assets and Liabilities Register.
  • Support the Head of Finance in providing a first-class level of service to customers both internal and external.
