About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Handler to join our team at Coulter Elite Resourcing. As a Complaints Handler, you will be the first point of contact for any issues or concerns raised by clients, providing exceptional service and delivering excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a complaints handling or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
