Job Summary:
This Underwriting Administrator role is an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional to join a reputable financial services company, ARC, and contribute to the administration of loan applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting loan applications, organizing property valuation processes, and liaising with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input loan applications and maintain accurate records
- Organize property valuation processes, including liaising with valuers and ensuring timely completion
- Action items of incoming post, such as acknowledging offers and dispatching mortgage offers
- Carry out Land Registry searches and respond to customer, intermediary, or solicitor enquiries
- Assist the Completions Officer with mortgage offer administration following the underwriting process
Requirements:
- Administrative experience within the financial services sector, preferably in banking, insurance, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software
- Keenness to develop a career in the financial services sector
