About the RoleWe operate within the Northwest region, serving numerous Blue Chip domestic house builders, and are looking for an individual to carry out routine maintenance of all aspects of a standard domestic installation, including the replacement of identified faulty items, within a roughly 50-mile radius of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine maintenance of domestic installations, including replacement of faulty items
- Join our existing dedicated team of customer care engineers
- Organise appointments, return visits, joint visits, and manufacturer's attendance with our office staff
- Participate in the company's 'On Call' rota
- Provide clear and concise reports to office staff
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, servicing, and repairs
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide quick and effective solutions for gas and plumbing-related issues
- Time served, qualified plumbing and heating engineer with gas qualifications (CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, and unvented cylinders)
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic knowledge of domestic installations
- Experience of working on new domestic home installations
- Full, clean driving licence
- Employed, permanent position
