The Role: Workshop Controller
We are seeking an experienced and driven Workshop Controller to oversee the smooth operation of our client's workshop in New Southgate, North London. You will play a vital role in maximizing efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal workflow within the workshop, minimizing bottlenecks and promoting seamless operations.
- Foster strong relationships with the sales department to ensure a cohesive and efficient service experience for customers.
- Oversee warranty processes and ensure strict adherence to established procedures and guidelines.
- Lead and motivate your team, providing support, coaching, and guidance to enhance performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Implement strategies to drive profitability and achieve business objectives while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 3+ years as a Workshop Controller within the automotive industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of consumer legislation, trade practices, and health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with a track record of achieving results.
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Full and valid driving license.
