Senior Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents and Financial Services Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a vast property portfolio, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the portfolio.
  • Deal with all enquiries from Tenants and Landlords, providing solutions to problems and issues.
  • Liaise and cooperate with Lettings Negotiators on matters pertaining to the property portfolio.
Additional Duties:
  • Resolve property-related issues, providing efficient solutions to Tenants and Landlords.
  • Serve notices and liaise with solicitors.
  • Handle leaks, terminations, and other property-related tasks.
  • Process post, including Service Charge and Ground rents.
  • Conduct inspections, handle deposit returns, and respond to LL and TT queries.
Requirements:
  • A calm and unflappable individual with strength of character.
  • Strong administrative skills and a systematic approach.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
Package:
  • A competitive package commensurate with experience, up to £35,000.
