Candidate Source Limited is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team as a 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Analyst. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software faults, escalating issues as necessary
- Deploy new hardware and software, including upgrades and migrations
- Assist in project work and contribute to the development of technical solutions
- Manage and prioritize technical support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on 2nd/3rd line technical support
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, and hardware
- Experience with backup and firewall configurations, including Acronis and SonicWall
- Full, clean driving license
