About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Assessor to join our team at BCA Group. As a Vehicle Assessor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of vehicle cosmetic condition reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Booking vehicles in and recording basic details and mileage using our handheld device
  • Recording or verifying vehicle documentation
  • Undertaking a brief inspection of items present and major or recent damage that could have occurred in transit
  • Recovering and recording any loose items using our handheld device
  • Identifying and ordering standard services
  • Recommending any enhancement services using your device
  • Ensuring that the Company's health and safety standards and practices are adhered to in the yard
  • Supporting other areas of Branch operations as and when required
Requirements
  • Driving Licence preferred but not essential
  • Action and customer-focused
  • Quality of work/attention to detail
  • Team player
  • IT skills including use of mobile applications and forms
  • Full training is provided but an interest in motor vehicles or experience in the trade is highly beneficial
