Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Activities Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and organizing meaningful and engaging activities and a lifestyle program throughout the home to enrich the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a lifestyle program that meets the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Collaborate with our care team, family members, and residents to establish an understanding of the activities and lifestyle changes that would benefit them individually or as a group
  • Plan and organize activities within the home and in partnership with local community organizations, schools, colleges, churches, and other external organizations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to enhance our residents' experiences
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our lifestyle program and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role or previous experience in a caring environment
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Confident and enthusiastic with a fun and can-do attitude
  • A genuine desire to improve the lives of older people
  • Excellent communication and written skills

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.70 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
  • 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
