Lifestyle Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lifestyle Activities Coordinator to join our team at Brook House Care Home in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and organizing meaningful and engaging activities and a lifestyle program throughout the home to enrich the lives of our residents.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be required to:
- Create and implement a lifestyle program that caters to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
- Work closely with the care team to understand the needs and preferences of our residents and develop activities that promote socialization, physical activity, and mental stimulation
- Establish partnerships with local community organizations, schools, and colleges to provide opportunities for residents to engage in activities outside of the home
- Plan and coordinate days out and excursions to local attractions and events
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the lifestyle program and make recommendations for improvement
We offer a competitive salary, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, free on-site parking, and a comprehensive induction program. We also offer funded qualifications via the apprenticeship program and a refer a friend scheme rewarding £500 for every person you refer.
