Drive Business Growth as an Outbound Sales Development Representative

Join Roypow Technology UK Ltd as an Outbound Sales Development Representative and play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, managing outreach, and setting up qualified meetings for our Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential prospects and gather key information for outreach. Initiate cold calls and emails to engage prospects and generate leads.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule, confirm, and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the Sales Manager. Ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track and report weekly progress on lead generation, outreach, and appointment setting. Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to outbound outreach, lead qualification, and meetings set.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an outbound sales, SDR, or related role, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and email outreach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for internal training and trade shows.
