Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hot Tub Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Darwin Escapes. This is a permanent part-time position, working 24 hours across 3 days, with flexibility to suit the needs of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of all hot tubs on changeover days.
  • Ensuring the retreat is kept clear and free of debris.
  • Responding to maintenance requests from guests on site.
  • Assisting with renovation projects and attending planned daily maintenance tasks.
  • Completing necessary paperwork following repairs and maintenance.
  • Assisting the grounds team to maintain the appearance of the retreat to its five-star standard.
  • Assisting with grass cutting and strimming, edging, and weeding borders, as well as clearing pathways.

Requirements:

  • Previous maintenance or grounds experience is an advantage.
  • A positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • A driving license and the ability to drive is essential for this role due to the use of site buggies/vehicles.
