**The Opportunity - Weighbridge Operator**:
We are now looking for a skilled Weighbridge Operator to become a part of our dynamic team at our Callow Quarry. This position plays a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in vehicle weighing and data management.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Operating the weighbridge, ensuring all vehicles are accurately weighed in and out.
- Maintaining accurate records of weights and measures for reporting and compliance purposes.
- **Customer and Client Communication-**: Interact with customers and haulage drivers, offering outstanding service and assistance.
- Coordinating with site operations to ensure smooth traffic flow and compliance with site safety regulations.
- Processing and management of weighbridge data, and preparation of weighbridge tickets.
- Assisting in the implementation of site health and safety policies.
- Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the weighbridge and associated systems.

**Who You Are?**:

- Proven experience in operating weighbridges, preferably within the construction or related industry.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Previous Experience in an asphalt industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with drivers and staff.
- IT literate, with experience in data entry and the use of weighbridge software.
- Awareness of health and safety practices, ideally with relevant qualifications.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
