We are looking for a qualified Assessor in Health and Social Care for Children and Young People to join our team. This hybrid position allows for a blend of remote work and community engagement, catering to learners within a reasonable travel distance from your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assist learners in attaining their NVQs in Health and Social Care focused on children and young people.
- Design and implement high-quality training sessions customized to meet the unique needs of each learner.
- Track and assess learner progress, offering constructive feedback and support.
- Maintain precise documentation and ensure adherence to awarding body standards.
- Collaborate with employers and stakeholders to provide a seamless learning experience.
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid UK Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in assessing CYP NVQs.
- Demonstrated experience in residential childcare, along with appropriate occupational credentials.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
