Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager

Savills Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to lead our technical services team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical services to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver technical services across the building.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies and systems for the building, facilities, and public areas.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, manufacturer's warranty requirements, and client obligations.
  • Manage latent base build defects and ensure information is shared with relevant parties until defects are rectified.
  • Support the property manager in delivering the building fabric and ensuring it is maintained according to design specifications.
  • Ensure all ICT systems are compliant with statutory and data protection obligations, including GDPR.
  • Work with the wider team to support client events from a technical perspective.
  • Establish and maintain good relations with key stakeholders and advise the property manager of any potential threats or reputational damage.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in technical services and maintenance.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering and energy management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
