About the Role: We are collaborating with a dynamic energy organization that is in search of an Investor Relations Lead for a newly established position within the firm. This role presents a significant opportunity for advancement as it marks the initial recruitment in a growing segment of the business. It is a unique chance to shape the investor relations function and evolve alongside the company.

Reporting Structure: This position will report directly to the Group Treasurer and will closely collaborate with the Communications Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all investor interactions and inquiries
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly financial reports to investors
  • Assist the Communications Manager in crafting the annual report
  • Organize investor events, roadshows, and presentations
  • Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in an investor relations capacity
  • Preferably background in the Oil & Gas or Mining industries
  • Proficient in quarterly and annual investor reporting
  • A driven individual with a strong ambition
