About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Problem Manager to join our team at Apply Recruitment. As a Problem Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing problem management processes from scratch, supporting the implementation of ITIL-based processes, and contributing to the improved availability of IT services.

This is a hybrid role that requires strong technical and non-technical skills, with a focus on engaging with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions. You will work closely with leaders and users to develop and implement problem management processes, analyze incident and problem issues, and lead root cause analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a good background in problem management within a complex business environment, strong ITIL knowledge, and experience of putting problem management processes in place. You will also have great engagement and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience of working across a multi-supplier environment.
