Problem Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Problem Analyst to join our team at J Bandy Consulting. As a Problem Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying failure points and areas of improvement across both technical and non-technical business processes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Problem and Low Performance Identification: Actively seek knowledge from all business area owners, familiarize yourself with developed capabilities and system architectures, and interrogate raw & processed data and reports to proactively identify trends that highlight problems.
- Problem and Low Performance Analysis: Review resolved support tickets, facilitate working sessions with relevant teams, and determine long-term resolutions or prevention capabilities.
- Long Term Solution Implementation: Actively support the achievement of key accountability, maintain detailed and readable documentation, and accurately track progress.
- Service Improvement Activities: Align priorities with business goals, focus resolution activities on improving availability and customer experience, and confidently involve yourself in technical and non-technical functions to identify need for improvement and potential faults with service offerings and business processes.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and other activities as required.
This role requires a strong understanding of problem management, incident management, and service improvement activities. You will work closely with our team to identify and implement solutions that improve our operations and customer experience.
Key qualifications and skills include:
- Certified Problem Management Professional
- Certification in Incident Management
- Experience of leading problem management within a cloud-based development environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently corral resources
- Understanding of Kubernetes practices and Agile working practices
