About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing professional and detail-oriented security services to our clients in the defence sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Guarding and surveillance of client premises
  • Interventions as required by clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Reporting to the onsite Supervisor
  • Ensuring the delivery of security standards to the required levels
  • Providing a positive brand ambassador for Securitas

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a current, valid SIA licence or be willing to obtain one through Securitas
  • Due to National Security requirements of our client, you must have held British nationality for the last five years as a minimum
  • Provide valid proof of right to work in the UK and pass security clearance
  • Be able to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Be prepared to work outside in all 4 seasons
  • Be able to communicate clearly in written and verbal formats
  • Be able to make timely and informed decisions which you can justify
  • Be reasonably fit, as walking and foot patrols are required
