Senior Programme Officer

Signature Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Programme Officer to join a prestigious London University. As a key member of the programme administration team, you will provide essential support to students, academics, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate student enquiries, investigate and resolve complex queries and issues, and triage and signpost when necessary.
  • Liaise with students during the term, updating records, modules, and dealing with Mitigating Circumstance Forms (MCFs) and Examination Board processes.
  • Assist with general committee servicing, including calendar invites, agendas, and producing well-written minutes.
  • Support events and activities, working flexibly as part of a team to facilitate the smooth running of the department.

Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain a strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and adept at mastering new concepts, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience in the use of databases and student records systems.
