Job Title: Head of Retention

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Retention to join our team at DTC Jobs.

About the Role:

The Head of Retention will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales for our B2C nail tech brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and improve customer retention
  • Optimize our website for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Create and manage sales funnels to maximize customer acquisition and retention
  • Oversee email marketing efforts and coordinate with other marketing initiatives
  • Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience as an ecommerce manager, preferably in the beauty or nail tech industry
  • In-depth knowledge of CRO, SEO, and email marketing best practices
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in English, with strong communication and collaboration abilities
