As a Property Manager at Pertemps Bristol Commercial, you will oversee the management of a portfolio of properties across multiple locations. Your role will involve managing a team of property professionals, ensuring a high standard of service to landlords and tenants.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding property maintenance, actions required, and resolve issues accordingly.
  • Arrange property inspections and report feedback to landlords, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date.
  • Ensure all legal compliances are up to date, including Right to Rent checks for each tenant.
  • Handle renewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.
  • Resolve landlord and tenant enquiries, providing expert guidance and support throughout the tenancy.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide solutions.
  • Articulate communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • IT literacy, with the ability to use property management software and other relevant tools.
  • Preferably, experience in lettings or property management.

Training and Development:

Regular in-house and online training is provided, along with the requirement to achieve a Property Qualification equivalent to a Level 3 NVQ. This will ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
