As a Catering Manager at CH&CO, you will be responsible for ensuring that client expectations of food and service are consistently delivered and measured in line with the company brand.
Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure food and service standards are met and exceeded
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service and food quality
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Relationship Management
You will be the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Finance
You will be responsible for ensuring the site achieves financial targets and making recommendations to improve financial performance.
Team Management
You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Front of House staff and the Head Chef, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent service.
Health and Safety
You will be responsible for ensuring that all COSHH and HACCP procedures are up to date and implemented correctly.
