About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced medical professional to lead our foundation training programme and drive quality improvement initiatives across NHS Highland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Medical Education and Associate DME team to develop and implement a comprehensive quality improvement strategy for foundation training.
  • Work closely with the north foundation programme team to enhance trainee experience and outcomes.
  • Innovate and support transformative change in medical education, leveraging expertise and best practices to drive excellence.

Requirements

Applicants must be fully registered medical practitioners with a keen interest in medical education and a strong track record of quality improvement initiatives.
