About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Neurosurgery Training Programme. As a Training Programme Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality training to our neurosurgery trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training programme for neurosurgery trainees
  • Work closely with our education team to ensure that training is delivered to the highest standards
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programme
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that the training programme meets the needs of our trainees and the NHS

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in neurosurgery and experience in training and education. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Working Hours: 1 PAs (4 hours per week)

Duration: Fixed-Term/Secondment
