Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced medical education professional to lead our medical education programme in NHS Highland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical education and a proven track record of improving the quality of foundation training and trainee experience.

About the Role

This is a new post that will work closely with the Director of Medical Education and the Associate DME team to improve the quality of foundation training and trainee experience across NHS Highland. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to innovate and support transformative change in medical education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the medical education programme in NHS Highland
  • Work closely with the Director of Medical Education and the Associate DME team to improve the quality of foundation training and trainee experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of medical education
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to support the delivery of medical education

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced medical education professional who has a strong background in medical education and a proven track record of improving the quality of foundation training and trainee experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
